Rental rates are for the exclusive use of the villa and include;

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The provisional reservation will be accepted as soon as we have received the first down payment of 50% off the total amount within 5 days and with the receipt of this payment your booking is final.
If the first payment is not received within the called period, the reservation will expire and we will be free to rent the accommodation to another party.
The remainder amount must be paid within 6 weeks before arrival. If the payment is overdue we can dissolve the agreement, without refund of the advance payment.
If the reservation has been agreed within 6 weeks before arrival, the total rent needs to be paid in full.
